We only offer replacement in case you receive a damaged or defective item.

Important Conditions:

  • An unboxing video from start to end is mandatory to claim any damage.

  • The video must clearly show:

    • The sealed package before opening

    • The full unboxing process

    • The damaged product clearly visible

⚠️ Without an unboxing video, no replacement claim will be accepted.

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If your item is damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product with:

  • The unboxing video

  • Clear photos of the damaged product

🚚 Replacement Process

  • Once we receive and verify your damage claim, we will approve the replacement.

  • The replacement product will be shipped to you.

  • If the product is out of stock, we will offer a suitable alternative or store credit (if applicable).

  • If unboxing video is not provided

  • If damage is reported after 24 hours of delivery

  • If the product is used, altered, or tampered with

  • For sale items, gifts, or customized products


🌍 International Orders / EU Policy

We do not offer returns, cancellations, or exchanges even for international or EU orders. Only damaged items with valid unboxing proof are eligible for replacement.
