💳 PREPAID DOMESTIC SHIPPING

📍 Delivery in 2-5 working days 

🕒 PREORDERS

If your order contains a pre-booking item, we’ll ship the complete order once all items are ready. If you’d like the other items earlier, we’re happy to dispatch them separately for a small amount of ₹70 shipping fee.

💰 CASH ON DELIVERY 

💵 COD Charges: ₹ 200
🚚 Delivery in 5-8 working days
⚠️ COD orders with incomplete details, unreachable phone numbers, or previous rejections may be automatically cancelled to avoid delivery issues.
📦 Customers with previous RTO (Return to Origin) parcels will be eligible only for prepaid orders for their next purchase.

📤 Dispatch: Within 1-2 working days from the date of order
🗓️ Estimated Delivery (Post-Dispatch):

       – South India: 4–6 working days
       – Rest of India: 5–8 working days

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details with the courier link via SMS or email. While we ensure timely dispatch, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to courier logistics beyond our control.

📹 A complete and continuous unboxing video is mandatory to claim any transit damage, loss, or replacement.
The video must clearly show the parcel being opened from its sealed condition until all products are fully shown.
Partial, edited, or post-opening clips will not be accepted as proof.

During festive periods or high-demand launches, delivery timelines may be slightly extended.
